Well done to OH3 swimmers at the Tynemouth Autumn graded meet. Several swimmers achieved medals and N & D times. Jodie Bunker was terrific claiming 3 Golds and a Silver with super times. Alexandra Clements swam a fantastic 200 backstroke adding a Gold to go with her Silver in the 100IM. Georgina Lamb and Jessica Thompson finished 1st and 2nd in the 400 IM. James Brewerton won Gold in the 200 Butterfly. Also well done to the swimmers who achieved in the 1500m on Sunday morning. Many other swimmers in the squad achieved personal bests over the weekend, so well done to everyone.
