2. KEEP A DETAILED LOGBOOK.
3. LEARN THE USE OF PACE, STROKE COUNT, STROKE RATE & TRAINING HEART RATES WITH USE OF A MONITOR.
4. ACHIEVE NORTH EAST REGION & NATIONAL QUALIFYING TIMES.
5. ATTENDANCE OF TRAINING AT THE REQUIRED LEVEL AS DIRECTED BY THE SQUAD COACH.
6. A POSITIVE APPROACH & ATTITUDE TO TRAINING.
ALL PROMOTIONS BETWEEN SQUADS WILL DONE AT THE COACHES DISCRETION WITH THE 3 A’S OF ATENDANCE, ATTITUDE & ABILITY BEING USED. |
