Training will take place tonight (Wednesday 20th)Â as follows:
Performance & AGD: 4.15 pm – 6.00pm
Juniors: 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Master:s 7.00pm – 7.45pm
The pool will then be unavailable on the following dates and there will be no training for any squad:
Thursday 21st August
Friday 22nd August
Monday 25th August (Bank Holiday)
Tuesday 26th August.
