I am pleased to release details of COSASC Â Backstroke Skills Clinic.
The Clinic will be led by City Of Sunderland’s Jonny Carlisle. Â Jonny is currently based at the National Training Centre in Bath training alongside a host of GB stars including Commonwealth & European Champion Chris Walker – Hebborn and Jazz Carlin, Michael Jamieson amongst others.
The clinics will run as follows: Friday 8th May 2015
Age Group Development 6.00 – 7.00 pm
Junior Silver & Gold – 7.00 – 8.00 pm
Can all athletes for both sessions please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session.
