COSASC is actively seeking to recruit parents / guardians to become officials at home galas. By having our very own licensed officials we could officiate at our galas thus:
- Making it less likely in having to rely on other clubs to officiate at our galas
- Would promote further parent / guardian participation – an area which we are actively seeking to improve upon
- It is a very worthwhile and rewarding role which not only supports our swimmers but can also be lots of fun interacting with the competing swimmers
- It would help to keep our officiating costs down at home galas
- Officials gain free access to the gala sessions they attend and are provided with food and beverages throughout the time they are officiating
Here at COSASC we have some fantastic parent / guardian officials but we certainly need more to add to our team.

8th October 2015 – Benfield Sports Centre, Newcastle – 19.00 – 21.00
14th October 2015 – Louisa Centre, Stanley – 19.00 – 21.00
21st October 2015 – Dolphin Centre, Darlington – 19.00 – 21.00
26th November 2015 – Benfield Sports Centre, Newcastle – 19.00 – 21.00
