Guide to Using City of Sunderland ASC Email

Club Accounts

Anyone working for the club or volunteering on behalf of the club, should ideally use a club email account for any emails or as an ID to register for other websites.

Club email accounts are managed by the Technical team – who can be reached on technical@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk

Requests for new email address will be validated with the Committee.

Password Reset requests should also be sent to the email address above.

 

Webmail Address

The most common way to access your Club email account is via any Browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari etc).  You can send & receive mail, manage address book and change settings (inc password).

Website: http://webmail.livemail.co.uk
Username:   your email address (e.g. galas@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk)
Password: your password (NB it’s case sensitive)

 

Mailbox Control Panel Address

To manage your mailbox (change password etc) use the details below.

Website: http://mcp.livemail.co.uk
Username:   your email address (e.g. galas@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk)
Password: your password (NB it’s case sensitive)
