A Gala Closing Date Squad - Age Group Development Squad - Performance A Squad - Performance B

The date of the gala is 8/9 & 10 December 2017. Cost per swim is £10.00 including admin fees.

The following must be completed before handing in your entry.

  • A gala entry form must be completed & include up to date entry times.
  • A medical consent form must be included
  • All entries MUST be in a sealed envelope with – Swimmers Name – Gala Name – Amount Paid on the front.
  • Please only hand your gala entries to Michelle, Gayle or Janice.
