The date of the gala is 14, 15 & July 2017.  Cost per swim is £5.50 which includes the admin fee.

The following must be completed before handing in your entry.

  • A gala entry form must be completed
  • A medical consent form must be included
  • All entries MUST be in a sealed envelope with – Swimmers Name – Gala Name – Amount Paid on the front.
  • Please only hand your gala entries to Michelle, Gail or Janice
