In preparation for the LEN Masters European championships three of our veteran Masters swimmers competed in the Yorkshire Open Masters on 14 May at the John Charles Pool in Leeds. Norman Stephenson was in excellent form netting a total of SIX medals, 5 golds and a silver.. He got gold for the 50 m and 100 m breaststroke; 50m and 100m butterfly and the 200 IM; his silver was for 100 IM. Tremendous work Norman!
Graeme Shutt claimed gold for his 100 m backstroke and 100 m IM and a silver for his 50 m butterfly. Lindy Woodrow managed to get two silvers medals for her 200 m and 50 m
freestyle.
