Please can all swimmers/parents/carers check that their monthly standing order(s) for training fees are for the correct amount, include the swimmer’s name and they are set up to be paid on the first of each month.
All fees owed, whether through a missed payment or an underpayment must be paid by end of Friday 17th February to the Accounts Team or to the Membership Team. Payments should be made by cash or cheque (payable to ‘COSASC(CIC)’).
Any incorrect or late payment will incur an additional £10 fee and the swimmer concerned will be suspended from training until the shortfall payment and any late fees are received.
