Please can you ensure that your standing order for the monthly training fees have been updated to reflect the new fee structure which was effective the 1st of March 2016. Standing orders should also be updated if you or your child has moved squad in the last month or so. Standing orders should be set up with a 1st of the month payment date and the swimmer’s name must be included in the narration/reference.
The new fees (effective 1st March 2016) are:
Junior Bronze: £18.00
Junior Silver: £37.00
Junior Gold: £40.00
Platinum: £60.00
AGD: £70.00
Performance – Regional: £90.00
Performance – National: £95.00
Performance – International/HE: £100.00
Junior Masters – Competitive: £40.00
Junior Masters (Non Competitive)/Masters/Water Polo: £30.00.
If you did not amend your standing order for the 1st of March collection, please can you arrange for the shortfall to be paid by the 1st of April, preferably by standing order. The shortfall can also be paid in cash or by cheque (made payable to COSASC(CIC). Please include the swimmer’s name on the reverse of the cheque plus a description e.g. ‘back payment of fees for March 2016’ and include the swimmer’s name and squad. Monies/cheques should be handed to the Membership Team who will issue you with a receipt.
