An Extraordinary General Meeting for the club will be held at the Aquatic Centre on Friday 4th December at 6.30 p.m. (exact time and venue to be confirmed). The meeting should last no longer than an hour. A representative for each swimmer should attend the meeting. If a representative cannot attend please send your apologies to the Club Secretary, Ann Rogers, (email: secretary@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk) or your Squad Manager. Please include the swimmer’s name and squad.
The meeting agenda and further information to support the EGM will be issued in due course. The committee are keen to welcome as many members to the meeting as possible and will value your presence. The club cannot operate successfully without your continued support.
