Hi All,
With the majority of the performance programme going away on a camp in Italy this opens up a lot of water space.
We have decided to utilise this so between the dates of the 18th Feb – 23rd Feb this will be AGD timetable, and which swimmers will be doing what.
The Monday (FC/BK) & Friday (BF/BRS) morning sessions are both technique/skills based and is open to ALL to attend if they wish.
However, Tuesday & Thursday mornings remain the same (11&Over).
Swimmers for this week only will do land training or core circuit in the groups they are in.
