Please see below important dates leading up to the AGM which will be held on Friday 6th December 2013 in Studio 2.
There will be more information to come regarding nominations, volunteering and helping in different ways. Â This will be available to all members by the end of this week via email and through other means.
This will include the dates given below and procedures in relation to nominations.
If there are any questions, please ask me, or if you are not sure who I am, someone will point you in the right direction.
I will be holding a tea\coffee evening on Friday night between 6:30pm and 8:00pm for parents to ask questions about the club, the AGM and helping out, or to simply have a chat.
KEY DATES
Friday 22nd Nov 6:30pm until 7:45pm – Tea/Coffee evening
Come and find out more about the club, the AGM , ways to help, or simply come to ask general questions and have a chat with other parents.
Likely to be in STUDIO 2, but posters on the night will confirm.
Friday 29th Nov 6pm – Nomination and question deadline
Deadline for roles that require nominations AND deadline for questions members would like answered in the AGM.

Saturday 30th Nov – Nominations shared
Nominee information will be posted on the pool noticeboard and emailed to parents for membership consideration.
Tuesday 4th November 6pm – Objections deadline
Any objections to be sent in by this date and time (procedures for this to follow)
