The awards and celebration ball tickets have been all sold.
Lists will being going up by the shop with table numbers on.
Everyone should put their names on a table and cross their names off the list by Thursday morning. After this time anyone without a table will be allocated one.
All tables will be full, without spaces so please fill every space.
There is parking for 100 cars at the venue (20 front and 80 rear) although I hope most people will be drinking!
The event is in the Grand room which is on the top floor of the Exchange. The suite adjoins the Alexandra and Wearmouth Suites where three will be a drinks reception from 6pm. There will be sparkling white wine for the adults and J2O for those under 18. We hope to move into the Grand room by 6:30.
Each table will have a complementary bottle of rose’ wine which if not opened can be swapped for a red on the evening.
Any tables without adults present will have their wine reassigned before the evening begins.
Note that if there are tables with only young swimmers, parents are still responsible for their behaviour throughout the meal and formal awards ceremony.
Anyone who has allergies or is a vegetarian should have emailed the chair by now, but if not the very latest opportunity will be by Wednesday morning.
The 3 course meal is as follows…
Starter:
Roasted tomato and rocket soup.
Main:
Pan fried Breast of Chicken with a red wine Jus
Dessert:
Chocolate fudge cake.
Once the awards are finished we will move to the entertainment part of the evening by way of a disco.
Please come prepared for the best night out we have had with the club and plan to stay late! Both the bar and music will go right through until 1am! There is no training in the Saturday so let’s make the most of it and let loose.
