Suzanne Manners has secured a bag pack at the ASDA store in Washington on Sunday February 15th with the aim of raising much needed funds for the club. Please can you let your Squad Manager know which slot you can attend by 10th of February.
The suggested time slots are as follows:
Performance – 10 – 12 a.m.
AGD – 12 – 2 p.m.
Juniors – 2 – 3.30 p.m.
However if you want to swap to another time there shouldn’t be any problem with this. We need a minimum of 11 swimmers and/or parents for each time slot. Swimmers should wear club kit and need to be aged 11 or over. If you are under 11 and would still like to help, the club will be running a tombola stall at the store and you will be welcome to help out here but will need parent helpers too.
Please arrive 15 mins before the start of each session for a briefing.
If you have any items that will be suitable for the tombola, please drop them off at the club shop. Please note that alcohol cannot be accepted for the tombola but will be gratefully received for future raffles.
The club really needs your support so please book your slot quickly. Any queries should be directed to Suzanne or any of the Squad Managers.
