 Amendment to all Athletes current Standing Order Forms
As you may be aware the Club have amended our banking arrangements since becoming a ‘CIC’. Our bank account is now with CAF Bank which means all current standing orders for squad fees will require changing to our new account. Please use the new standing order form on the club documents page to amend your monthly training payment with immediate effect.
Squad Fees are as follows; Performance £65.00, Development A&B £50.00, Junior Gold & Silver £30.00, Dynamo £25.00, Masters £20.00 and Water Polo 1 Session £18.00 / 2 Sessions £20.00.
When completing your standing order form please ensure you include the athlete’s name as a reference, this will allow me to cross check your payment against monthly squad registers.
All new standing orders need to be in place before the end of MAY due to the existing bank account closing.
Please note that future payments for gala fees and shop purchases made by cheque must be made payable to “COSASC (CIC) ” instead of COSASC.
