City of Sunderland ASC has released details for its Swim Skills camps 2013
The camps are open to all club swimmers from Performance, Age Group Development and Junior Squads.
The focus of the series of the camps will be to fine tune all four stroke along with Starts & Turns.
Details of the series are listed below:
Wednesday 27th February 2013 – 5.00pm – 7.15pm – Starts & Turns
Friday 15th March 2013 – 5.00pm – 8.00pm – Butterfly
Friday 19th April 2013 – 5.00 – 8.00pm – Backstroke
Friday 31st May 2013 – 5.00 – 8.00pm – Breastroke
Friday 21st June 2013 – 5.00 – 8.00pm – Freestyle
This will give our Junior swimmers the oppertunity to work alongside our International and National athletes whilst developing their skills.
