Hi all,
As mentioned when the summer training schedule was released there will be a change to the timetable on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st August. This is due to the Sunderland Aquatic Centre hosting the Transplant Games.
Please see below for the training program on these two evenings:
6.30-7.30 – Performance/AGD/Youth Potential
7.30-8.15 – Platinum/Juniors
8.15-9.00 – Masters
