Please can all Swimmers/parents check that their monthly standing order(s) for training fees are for the correct amount, include the swimmer’s name and they are set up to be paid on the first of each month.
Any shortfall for overdue fees for March/April should now have been corrected however if not any outstanding amount should be paid by end of Friday 29th April to Catherine Brewerton or to the Membership Team. Payments should be made by cash or cheque (payable to ‘COSASC(CIC)’).
If you have more than one swimmer at the club, please ensure that a separate standing order is set up for each swimmer with the swimmer’s name included in the reference/narration field. This must be done in time for the May payment.
Any incorrect or late payment will incur an additional £10 fee and the swimmer concerned will be suspended from training until the shortfall payment and any late fees are received.
Please note that, with immediate effect, all new annual membership fees can only be paid in cash or by cheque and should be handed to the Membership Team who will issue a receipt. Bank transfers will not be accepted as the administrative overhead involved in tracking these payments is too great.
