We have had several volunteers for the Club Record Administrator role and so that is now filled – many thanks to all of you who put your name forward. Â Rebecca Graham was first to reply and will be up and running in the role soon. Â It’s now down to the swimmers to break those records!
However, there are still vacancies for the reporting team. Â Ian Faulds has kindly volunteered for the role but as this is a more substantial task it would be much better if we could get a team of roving reporters together. Â This way we could cover all meets for all squads and be able to give our swimmers and the club the positive publicity they deserve. Â Linked to this is the need for someone/some people to keep the notice boards up to date. Â A small task which would greatly benefit members.
The club is also always looking for help with fund raising, galas, publicity, admin etc. You don’t have to commit much time or commit to a regular amount of time and many roles can be done at the pool while your child is training.  If you would like further information regarding volunteering or wish to volunteer please let me or your squad manager know.  We are waiting and looking forward to hearing from you!
