Below is a message from the organisers.
Hello
Only a short time left before the competition starts!
Some last bits of information for you before we start:
1.      Warm Ups – Please see attached warm up schedule for the full 7 days. Please note that on the morning warm up of each of the days we will be issuing warm up cards to each club that correspond to each section of the warm up. We will be collecting these in as you access warm up to ensure the pool capacity numbers are not exceeded. Please help us by supporting this system as we do not want the Wales National Pool to close down any warm ups, thank you.
2.      Car Parking – there is very limited car parking at the pool (see meet pack for numbers) but on Saturday & Sunday we have negotiated the use of the University Car Park. If the pool car park is closed the security person on the gate will be able to direct you.
3.      We will have a limited number of spectator seats available on each morning session. Entry bands will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Please ensure your wristband is fastened onto your arm at all times as we will be monitoring numbers entering the spectator seating area and will be running a no wristband no entry policy.
4.      Call Room – Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the location of the call room if you are swimming in the final session. Signs will be in place to guide you to this area. Call room times are attached and will be displayed around the building along with any other useful information. Please note we are very strict on the call room procedures and any swimmer that arrives late will forfeit their place in the final. Please do not be this swimmer.
5.      Marshalling times will be issued tomorrow onto our website and once again displayed around the building please make sure you arrive in time or your space maybe given to an alternative swimmer.
Don’t forget to follow us on twitter  #BGSN or Face book and be one of the first to get the news!
If when you arrive you are uncertain about anything please speak to our volunteers and staff around the building. They will be wearing green t-shirts (volunteers) and red polo shirts (event management team) and will be very happy to help.
I am looking forward to Saturday and hope you have a safe journey. Se you soon
Best Wishes
Leisa
