Criteria<\/h2>\n
\n

A Club Record can be claimed if the following conditions are met ...<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Swimmer must be Registered with COSASC and ASA<\/li>\n
  • Time achieved at a Gala with Electronic Timing (no time trials or stopwatch)<\/li>\n
  • Splits and the first leg of a relay are valid<\/li>\n
  • Swimmers who are registered with and competing for City of Sunderland ASC (COSASC) at County, District, Open, National, or International meets are eligible to claim a COSASC Club Record.<\/li>\n
  • Swimmers representing Great Britain, Swim England, or the Northumberland and Durham Performance Programme (NDPP), who are registered members of COSASC, are also eligible to claim a club record.<\/li>\n
  • For dual-registered athletes, they must be competing under COSASC in order to qualify for a club record. If they are representing another club at the time of the performance, they are not eligible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Process<\/h2>\n

    It is the responsibility of the Swimmer or Parent\/Guardian to notify the club of a Record claim.<\/p>\n
