{"id":97,"date":"2011-12-30T17:05:14","date_gmt":"2011-12-30T17:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk\/blog\/?page_id=97"},"modified":"2025-01-27T06:28:45","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T06:28:45","slug":"swimmer-of-the-month","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk\/blog\/swimmer-of-the-month\/","title":{"rendered":"Swimmer Of The Month"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Criteria<\/h2>\n<p>Swimmer Of The Month is awarded by the coaches of Development, Junior Gold and Junior Silver squads.<\/p>\n<p>Criteria is based on a swimmers &#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attitude to training and competitions<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for skills and athlete development<\/li>\n<li>Attendance to sessions &amp; competitions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Shield2.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Shield Transparrent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Shield2.gif\" alt=\"transparrent\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2>Awards<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Shield2.gif\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Each selected swimmer will be presented with &#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Squad Shield with the selected swimmers name engraved on a mini-plaque. Note: the shield must be returned.<\/li>\n<li>A personalised \/ engraved Medal.<\/li>\n<li>A Laminated Swimmer of the Month Certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally a picture can be taken and a notice put onto various noticeboards &#8211; including the main electronic scoreboard.<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: the shields must be returned to the club 1 week before the next presentation &#8211; to allow time for engraving.
