Dear Returning Swimmers,<\/p>\n
In preparation for our return from the evening of Wednesday 2nd<\/sup> December 2020 please find attached 2 picture guides. One for those returning swimmers to show entry point and one way system which is in place, the other for parents with children under the age of 8 who may need to assist them after swimming in the changing areas. Please ensure you read these thoroughly in preparation. There are no permitted spectators at poolside till further notice, if you need to assist a younger swimmer after training please meet them in the changing areas to dry and dress then leave the building as soon as possible as outlined in the attached guide.<\/p>\n NOTE:<\/strong> Entry to the aquatics centre for all club swimmers will be the Fire Exit near the back car park – parents please note that you must wait whilst your child has their temperatures checked before leaving the vicinity to ensure they have been permitted entry \u2013 also note that the back car park is off limits to any customers so please do not park there. As the fire exit is being used as the clubs entry point please ensure all swimmers arrive on time for training, the doors will be closed within 10 minutes of the commencement time of training \u2013 \u00a0there is no other entry point to the building for club swimmers so once the doors are closed entry will not be permitted.<\/p>\n All returning swimmers were required to return completed forms to me by the communicated deadline (30.11.20202), there are some who still haven\u2019t done this. Please note those swimmers will not be permitted to return tomorrow, until those forms have been received by myself and an email confirmation sent back confirming their return date \u2013 in line with our Covid-19 plans.<\/p>\n It has been agreed that there will be no morning training for the AGD Squad during the week, this will be reviewed by Paul in the New Year and he will outline his training expectations from Jan 2021 onwards with you all.
