The closing date for this gala is 19 November 2018.

The date for the gala is 14, 15 & 16 December 2018.

Cost per swim is £11.50.

The following must be completed before handing in your entry.

  • A gala entry form must be completed
  • A medical consent form must be included
  • All entries MUST be in a sealed envelope with Swimmers Name – Gala & Amount Paid on the front.
