The closing date for this gala is 30 March 2018

The date of the gala is 5 & 6 May 2018.

Cost per swim is TBC.

The following must be completed before handing in your entry.

  • A gala entry form must be completed
  • A medical consent form must be included
  • All entries MUST be in a sealed envelope with Swimmers Name Gala Name Amount Paid on the front.
  • Please only hand your gala entries to Michelle, Gayle or Janice.
