GAW SUMMER MEET UPPER TIMES 2017
The date of the gala is 14, 15 & July 2017. Cost per swim is £5.50 which includes the admin fee.
The following must be completed before handing in your entry.
- A gala entry form must be completed
- A medical consent form must be included
- All entries MUST be in a sealed envelope with – Swimmers Name – Gala Name – Amount Paid on the front.
- Please only hand your gala entries to Michelle, Gail or Janice
