This First Race Skills Session is Based on Perfecting Race Starts.
Throughout this session you will increase and develop your knowledge on different areas based around the start across all four competitive strokes.
Furthermore, Streamlining will be addressed where games and challenges will be set to test you along the way.
All swimmers eligible for the Junior League team may attend, any swimmers who aren’t eligible may take the evening off.
