All events will be Heat Declared Winners.

As with any gala, we can only run them with the support of local and visiting officials.
If any visiting club has registered ASA officials that would be willing to lend a hand, we would appreciate them letting us know their availability for this meet by emailing officials@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk or by completing the following google form: Officials Form

Notes For Competition Secretaries
Classified Para Swimmers
Please ensure classification codes (S, SB, SM etc) are entered. (These should be retrieved from the ASA database – if using ‘Get Member’ function). We do not publish separate qualification times for Para Swimmers, so any classified swimmer will be accepted in principle. Please use the ‘Get Times’ function to retrieve latest times. If the swimmer does not have the time or time is too slow (box turns YELLOW) – please click the box until you get a green YES. Detail any Para Swimmer in your mail to the entry manager when sending the entry file.
This event will be for the following groups:
• Youth Development 1
• Youth Development 2
• AGD
• Performance
Our entries need to close on Friday, 10 October 2025 to give us enough time to get them processed. We will reopen if necessary following BOSSS should anyone achieve qualifying times at this event.
Including Admin Fee, the cost per swim is £9.50 . Distance swims cost £9.50 .
Swims will be agreed with or given to athletes by their coach. Youth Development please speak with your coach.
Swimmers must have achieved faster times than those in the attached document.
Age as at 31 December 2025.
We are unable to accept late entries.

Our entries need to close on Saturday, 20 September 2025 to give us enough time to get them processed and submitted as this is a first come first served Gala.
Including Admin Fee, the cost per swim is £8.00 .
Swims will be agreed with or given to athletes by their coach. Youth Development please speak with your coach.
When completing your entry, times must be provides for all events entered as we have to enter these manually. Any entry with no time provided will be rejected.
