Warm-up for all afternoon sessions is 13:15hrs. Â Start 14:15hrs.
Please also note that there are no cafe facilities available at Sunderland Aquatic Centre, only vending machines. Please be advised that swimmers bring adequate food and water for there time each day at the Sunderland Aquatic Centre.
