Members who wish to be considered for any of the Committee positions at the Annual General Meting on Friday 9th November 2012, (this includes current post holders who wish to continue in their role) must inform the Club Secretary of their interest before 5pm on Thursday 8th November 2012 either in writing or by e-mail to the Executive Mailbox.

This application should state the post for which they are applying and have the details of two club members who are willing to propose and second the application. Applicants must attend the Annual General Meeting and, in the event of the post being contested, must be prepared to inform the membership why they should be elected to the post.
It should be noted that this vote will only apply to the above committee positions and that other volunteer roles at the club will not be affected by this process.
