Dear Parents/Members

We have negotiated a corporate membership with the Local Authority for our members and parents. This allows unlimited access to the Wellness Centres, pools, exercise classes, steam room and saunas throughout Sunderland.

We would need a minimum of 10 people to activate the corporate price and members who currently have memberships at Sunderland City Council Leisure Centres would be eligible to change to a corporate membership package.

 For £29.00 per month (usual price £35.00) members would have unlimited access to the Wellness centres, pools, exercise classes, steam room and saunas throughout Sunderland.

 There are seven Wellness Centres with state of the art TechnoGym machines at:

  • Washington Leisure Centre
  • Hetton Community Pool and Wellness Centre
  • Silksworth Community Pool, Tennis and Wellness Centre
  • Sunderland Aquatic Centre
  • Houghton Sports Centre
  • Bunny Hill Wellness Centre
  • Seaburn Leisure Centre

25-metre Swimming Pools at:

  • Hetton Community Pool
  • Washington Leisure Centre
  • Silksworth Community Pool

And a 50-metre Olympic size pool at:

  • Sunderland Aquatic Centre

Over 140 Exercise classes per week, including Cardio Cycling, Aquafit and Body Conditioning to name a few, at the following centres:

  • Bunny Hill Wellness Centre
  • Silksworth Community Pool
  • Houghton Sports Centre
  • Washington Leisure Centre
  • Seaburn Leisure Centre
  • Sunderland Aquatic Centre
  • Hetton Community Pool

Saunas and Steam Rooms at:

  • Washington Leisure Centre
  • Hetton Community Pool

There would be a small initial payment of £30.25 for anyone wishing to use the Wellness Centre to cover the cost of a centre induction and TGS key, and we would require a health questionnaire to be completed prior to usage.  (Not applicable to current Wellness Centre members changing to a corporate membership). 

 This offer is subject to a 12-month contract and, a minimum of 10 members would be needed for the corporate package to be applicable, if the numbers dropped below 10 members, the membership price would convert to the pre-corporate price.
