The T30 swim is open to all swimmers aged 18 or over. After swims have been entered these are ranked nationally in 5-year age categories. Last year Norman Stephenson came 3rd in his age category. He swam 1810 metres. The fastest woman  in the 18-24 years category  swam 2150 metres; the fastest man in the 18 – 24 years category swam 2735metres.
Coach Paul will be able to record laps for the T30 on 18 January during our regular Monday Masters session at 8:15 pm (25m) . Paul will record each lap on the ASA form and authorize the total distance swum. You then need to send the form to ASA with 6. The entry must be submitted by 4 February.  Further details can be found here:
