The annual club and ASA membership renewals for 2016 are now due.
The membership packs are ready to collect from the desk at the club shop on the following dates:
Saturday 23rd Jan from 0630-0900
Monday 25th Jan from 1730-1830
Tuesday 26th Jan from 1830-2000
Thursday 28th Jan from 1700-2000
Friday 29th Jan from 1700-1900
The packs can be collected by a parent/guardian or swimmer. Please ensure packs are collected by Friday 29th January.
Masters, Junior Masters and Water Polo Squad members can collect their pack from Lindy Woodrow (Masters), Jayne Rowell (Young Masters) and Dave Clarke Water Polo).
Completed membership forms and cheque, made payable to COSASC(CIC), are to be returned to the Membership Team (Marie Abbott, Julia Joyce, Janine Proctor, Julie Trueman) on the following dates:
Monday 1st & 8th Feb 1730-1830
Tuesday 2nd & 9th Feb 1830-2000
Thursday 4th & 11th Feb 1700-2000
Friday 5th & 12th Feb 1700-1900
Saturday 6th & 13th Feb 0630-0800.

Please note that failure to return your completed membership pack and remittance by Monday 15th February 2016 will result in suspension from training until forms/remittance are received.
