Sheffield Summer Meet 2017 Meet Pack

The date of the gala 22/23 July 2017.  Cost per swim is £7.50.

The following must be completed before handing in your entry.

  • A gala entry form must be completed
  • A medical consent form must be included
  • All entries MUST be in a sealed envelope with – Swimmers Name – Gala Name – Amount Paid on the front.
  • If you are entering a swim and there is no time on ASA ranking please add a training time.
