The closing date for this meet is Friday 20th December. Entries may be given to me before but must be in an envelope along with full payment. Entries on the night will be taken 4.30pm-6.30pm.

MEDICAL-INFORMATION-AND-CONSENT-FORM
This meet is open to swimmers from Regional, AGD, Platinum, Gold & Silver squads.
The price is £5.00 per swim inclusive of admin fee.
Please hand your entries in to Amanda & Jo no later that 7pm 30th September
