The closing date for this gala is Tuesday 15th April. Entries may be given to Jo Boxall or Amanda Greggs before this date but must be in an envelope complete with FULL payment (swimmers name on back of cheques), seperate medical consent form & entry form. Entries on the night will be taken outside the club shop

This meet is open to selected swimmer only. The closing date is the 20th of January 2016, no entries will be accepted after this date.

Please fill out entry forms with times achieved within the last 12 months.

Wear Valley 2016 Level 3 Meet 14th & 15th of May 2016.

£5.00 per swim inclusive of admin fee.

Open to Regional, AGD, Platinum, Gold & Silver Squads

If you haven’t got times on rankings please speak to your coach for your training times and put these on your entry form.

Entry forms, payment and medical consent forms should be put into a sealed envelope and hand it in to Jo Boxall, Amanda Greggs or Viki Birchall.

Entry forms will not be accepted after the 1st of April at 7pm, you can hand it in any time before this date.
