Swims will be given to Athletes by their Coaches

If swimmers are entering an event and do not have a time on rankings then a training time must be provided, otherwise the entry for that event will be will be rejected.  It is not necessary to provide times if times are on rankings

Please note I will not be able to accept late entries.

Please provide a training time for any events your child DOES NOT have a time on rankings for – if no training times are provided then your child will be rejected from that event.   I DO NOT need times if they have a time on rankings.

The cost per swim is £6.00 inc admin fees

Swims will be given to Athletes by their Coaches

As all details need to be entered manually I will need the following information:

Name of Athlete

Date of Birth

ASA Number

Times must be provided whether they have swam the event or not (so you may need to ask for training times).  Converted  times are acceptable, but all times provided will be used as short course times.

If no times are provided I will return your entry & your child will not be entered into the gala.
