The closing date for this meet will be Tuesday 16th April. Entries may be handed to me before the closing date but on the night entries will be taken outside the Club Shop 5.15pm-7.15pm.
Swimmers must have met the qualifying time to swim at this meet.

Entries may be given to Jo Boxall or Amanda Greggs before this date but must be in an envelope complete with FULL payment (swimmers name on back of cheques), seperate medical consent form & entry form. Entries on the night will be taken outside the club shop

50m Pool with separate 25m warm-up / cool-down pool.
Full electronic timing with Live Results published on our website.
Level 1 Meet (Licence number: 1NE4378)
Events will be 50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 200m all strokes, 200m Individual Medley, 400m Individual Medley, 400m Freestyle, 800m Freestyle (girls), 1500m Freestyle (boys), Medley & Freestyle Relays
All events will be Heat Declared Winners.
Officials
As with any gala, we can only run them with the support of local and visiting officials.
If any visiting club has registered ASA officials that would be willing to lend a hand, we would appreciate them letting us know their availability for this meet by emailing the address above.

Entry File – Important Notes
The entry file is locked for editing – meaning times must be imported from ASA Rankings Database. When adding swimmers in Entry Manager – use the ‘Get Times’ option.
Earliest Date for rankings swims is set as 1st September 2012.
Either a Long Course time or converted Short Course time (whichever is faster) will be imported by Entry Manager.
Classified Disabled swimmers who do not meet the entry criteria are permitted to enter with the ‘YES’ option instead of a time. Please inform the Entry Manager (Mike Sharp) via mail when submitting entries if you use this option.
