COSASC are to hold a level 4 in house Club Championship, on Thursday the 22nd of September warm up: 4.30pm, start: 5pm.
Price is £20.00 per swimmer not matter how many events are entered.
This meet is open to all competitive swimmers who are COSASC members.
Coaches will advise Silver, Gold and Platinum squads as to which swims to enter.
AGD and performance squads to enter all swims.
Masters can enter all events.

Closing date for entries is the 28th of October at 7pm.
You can hand your entry in to Jo Boxall, Amanda Greggs or Janice McGuire.
This event will be for the following groups:

Our closing date for entries is Monday 22nd November to give us enough time to get them processed and submitted.
The date for the meet is Sunday 12th December 2021.
Including Admin Fee, the cost per swim is £7.00.
Swims will be given to athletes by their coach.
When completing your entry, please provide times for all events entered.
However, please note this event has upper limit times so athletes must not have swam faster that the times stated in the attached document.
Age as at 12th December 2021.
We are unable to accept late entries.

50m Pool with separate 25m warm-up / cool-down pool. Full electronic timing with Live Results published on our website. Level 1 Meet (Licence number: 1NE220080).
Events will be 50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 200m all strokes, 200m Individual Medley, 400m Individual Medley, 400m Freestyle, 800m freestyle (mixed), 1500m Freestyle (mixed).
All events will be Heat Declared Winners.

As with any gala, we can only run them with the support of local and visiting officials. If any visiting club has registered ASA officials that would be willing to lend a hand, we would appreciate them letting us know their availability for this meet by emailing officials@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk

Notes For Competition Secretaries
Distance Events
Please note that Distance events will be held on Friday 21st January. The cost of distance events is £12.00 per entry – to cover pool costs. SportSystems does not support 2 different costs – so will report distance swims as £7.50 (if you create an entry report). Please disregard this when completing the ‘Summary of Entries’ sheet.
Classified Para Swimmers
Please ensure classification codes (S,SB,SM etc) are entered. (These should be retrieved from the ASA database – if using ‘Get Member’ function.) We do not publish separate qualification times for Para Swimmers, so any officially classified swimmer will be accepted in principle. Please use the ‘Get Times’ function to retrieve latest times. If the swimmer does not have the time or time is too slow (box turns YELLOW) – please click the box until you get a green YES. Detail any Para Swimmer in your mail to the entry manager when sending the entry file.
YES Entries
Only in exceptional circumstances will ‘YES’ entries be accepted for able-bodied swimmers. Do NOT use ‘YES’ entries to override entries retrieved from the ASA Database which are too slow – i.e. box turns YELLOW. If you believe you have a genuine case, please email galas@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk to explain.
