The closing date for this meet will be Monday 17th December. Entries will be taken on the night between 5pm-7.30pm outside Club Shop. Payment and entry must be handed in on the night or entry will not be accepted.
Max. of 2 swims per session allowed.

COS New Year Meet 2013
Sunderland Aquatic Centre is a 10 lane 50m pool with a full electronic timing system. A separate warm up / swim-down pool will be in operation.
- 50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 200m all strokes
- 200m Individual Medley, 400m Individual Medley
- 400m Freestyle, 800m Freestyle (girls), 1500m Freestyle (boys)
- 4x100m Medley and Freestyle team relays

Version2 of the entry file is now available below. Â Version1 had a problem with short-course conversions. Â Any entries already submitted using Version1 should be OK – however any short-course times that have been converted from Rankings (using the ‘Get Times’ option in Entry Manager) may show a marginally incorrect time.

This meet is open to swimmers from Regional, AGD, Platinum, Gold & Silver squads.
If the swimmer does not have times on rankings please ask their coach for relevant training times.
