Attention City of Sunderland ASC parents & swimmers.
The closing date for this gala is Friday 8th November. Entries may be given to me before this date but must be in an envelope along with full payment and medical consent form. Entries on the night will be taken between 5pm – 7pm. Find me in the seating area inside the pool.

Entries may be given to Jo Boxall or Amanda Greggs before this date but must be in an envelope complete with FULL payment (swimmers name on back of cheques), seperate medical consent form & entry form. Entries on the night will be taken outside the club shop
