The closing date for this gala is Tuesday 15th April. Entries may be given to Jo Boxall or Amanda Greggs before this date but must be in an envelope complete with FULL payment (swimmers name on back of cheques), seperate medical consent form & entry form. Entries on the night will be taken outside the club shop

Gala entry and Medical consent forms can be downloaded under the “Competitions” > “Gala Entry Info” tab on the website.
Late entries will not be accepted.
Please note that the closing date for this meet is 7pm on Friday 5th February 2016.
This is the last date for submitting entries and no entries will be accepted after the closing date has passed.
This meet is open to Platinum and Junior Squads only.
When filling in entry forms submit entry times. If you are unsure please speak to your coach.
Please pass all entries direct to Jo or Amanda as soon as possible.
Entries should be submitted with payment on a gala entry form, with payment of £5.50 per swim, together with a medical consent form, in a sealed envelope.
