Please find attached the entry conditions for the above Meet. The closing date will be 17/02/12 The gala date has been changed to SUNDAY 25TH MARCH. The event will be held at the Louisa Centre  in Stanley

North Tyneside Meet Conditions 2012

The closing date for City of Sunderland swimmers from Junior Gold & Silver who are 12 and under will be Monday 29th October 5.30pm – 7pm.

Entries will be taken on the night outside the Club Shop or can be given to me before but must be in a sealed envelope with full payment.

Swimmers can swim as many events as they want for the one off fee of £10 all in.

Please note that the closing date for this meet is 7pm on Friday 5th February 2016.

This is the last date for submitting entries and no entries will be accepted after the closing date has passed.

This meet is open to Platinum and Junior Squads only.

When filling in entry forms submit entry times. If you are unsure please speak to your coach.

Please pass all entries direct to Jo or Amanda as soon as possible.

Entries should be submitted with payment on a gala entry form, with payment of £5.50 per swim, together with a medical consent form, in a sealed envelope.
