This event will be for the following squads:
- AGD
- Youth Development
- Platinum
- Gold
- Silver
Our entries need to close on Saturday 11th December to give us enough time to get them processed and submitted as this is a first come first served Gala.
The date for the meet is Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th February 2022.
Including Admin Fee, the cost per swim is £6.50.
Swims will be given to athletes by their coach.
When completing your entry, please provide times for all events entered.
Swimmer must not have swam faster than qualifying times for the meet.
Age as at 6th February 2022.
We are unable to accept late entries.
Please note the password will be same for each gala – If several gala entries are available, please select the correct gala from the drop down box.

COSASC are to hold their annual Level 4 in house Club Championship on Tuesday 20th September – warm up: 5.30pm, start: 6pm.
Price is £20.00 per swimmer no matter how many events are entered.
The closing date for entries is midnight Friday 9th September.
This meet is open to all competitive swimmers who are COSASC members.
Coaches will advise athletes as to which swims to enter.
Masters athletes can enter all events.

Events will be 50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 200m all strokes, 200m Individual Medley.
All events will be Heat Declared Winners.
Officials
As with any gala, we can only run them with the support of local and visiting officials.
If any visiting club has registered ASA officials that would be willing to lend a hand, we would appreciate them letting us know their availability for this meet by emailing officials@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk
