The Closing date for eligible swimmers is Thursday 27th December. Entries will be taken on the night from 5pm- 7.30pm.
All entries must have payment and entry form together. No entries will be taken without payment and no late entries.

The closing date for this meet is Thursday 18th April. Entries may be given to me before but must be in an envelope complete with full payment. Entries on the night will be taken between 5.30pm-7pm. I will be in the seating area of the pool, so come and find me.

Events will be 50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 200m all strokes, 200m Individual Medley, Medley & Freestyle Relays plus Cannon
All events will be Heat Declared Winners.
Officials
As with any gala, we can only run them with the support of local and visiting officials.
If any visiting club has registered ASA officials that would be willing to lend a hand, we would appreciate them letting us know their availability for this meet by emailing the address above.
