Here are the details for the Middlesbrough ASC 2015 Christmas Meet
To be held on the 12th & 13th of December, at the Neptune Centre Middlesbrough. This meet is open to all swimmers in Regional, AGD, Platinum, Junior Gold & Silver

COSASC are to hold a level 4 in house Club Championship, on Thursday the 22nd of September warm up: 4.30pm, start: 5pm.
Price is £20.00 per swimmer not matter how many events are entered.
Closing date for entries is Friday the 9th of September.
This meet is open to all competitive swimmers who are COSASC members.
Coaches will advise Silver, Gold and Platinum squads as to which swims to enter.
AGD and performance squads to enter all swims.
Masters can enter all events.
