This event will be for the following groups:

- Gold
- Platinum
Our closing date for entries is Monday 22nd November to give us enough time to get them processed and submitted.
The date for the meet is Sunday 12th December 2021.
Including Admin Fee, the cost per swim is £7.00.
Swims will be given to athletes by their coach.
When completing your entry, please provide times for all events entered.
However, please note this event has upper limit times so athletes must not have swam faster that the times stated in the attached document.
Age as at 12th December 2021.
We are unable to accept late entries.

PLEASE NOTE: Spectator numbers may be limited to adhere to Tynemouth Pool maximum centre numbers. In the event that spectators are limited this will be on a 1 adult per swimmer basis and tickets will be on pre-booking via Eventbright

Price is £20.00 per swimmer no matter how many events are entered.
The closing date for entries is midnight Friday 9th September.
This meet is open to all competitive swimmers who are COSASC members.
Coaches will advise athletes as to which swims to enter.
Masters athletes can enter all events.

Events will be 50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 200m all strokes, 200m Individual Medley.
All events will be Heat Declared Winners.
Officials
As with any gala, we can only run them with the support of local and visiting officials.
If any visiting club has registered ASA officials that would be willing to lend a hand, we would appreciate them letting us know their availability for this meet by emailing officials@cityofsunderlandasc.co.uk
