50m Pool with separate 25m warm-up / cool-down pool.

Full electronic timing with Live Results published on our website.

Level 3 Meet (Licence number: 3NE4760)

Events will be 50m all strokes, 100m all strokes, 200m all strokes, 200m Individual Medley, Medley & Freestyle Relays plus Cannon

All events will be Heat Declared Winners.

Officials

As with any gala, we can only run them with the support of local and visiting officials.

If any visiting club has registered ASA officials that would be willing to lend a hand, we would appreciate them letting us know their availability for this meet by emailing the address above.

£5.50 per swim inclusive of admin fee.

PLEASE ONLY HAND ENTRIES IN TO JO BOXALL OR AMANDA GREGGS.

This event will be for the following groups:

• Performance
• AGD
• Platinum
• Gold
• Silver

Our entries will close on Tuesday 11^th January to give us enough time to get them processed and submitted.

The date for weekend 1 of the meet is 11^th-13^th February 2022

The date for weekend 2 of the meet is 26^th-27^th February 2022.

Including Admin Fee, the cost per swim is £9.00.

Swims will be given to athletes by their coach.

When completing your entry, please provide times for all events entered.  If times are not provided where missing from SportSystems, a refund will be given.

Swimmer must have achieved entry times equal to or faster than qualifying times for the meet.

Age as at 31^st December 2022.

We are unable to accept late entries.
